Refund Policy
At World Trove, we value our clients and strive to provide transparent and professional services. Please read our Refund & Cancellation Policy carefully before engaging in any services with us.
1. Service-Based Refunds
Due to the nature of IT consulting and digital services, all payments made for services rendered are non-refundable once the project has started or resources have been allocated. Refunds may be considered only in the following situations:
- The project has not yet begun, and cancellation is requested within 3 business days of payment.
- There is a clear failure to deliver the agreed scope of work, and the issue cannot be resolved within a mutually agreed period.
2. Cancellations
You may cancel a service by providing written notice at least 7 days in advance. In such cases, you may be eligible for a partial refund based on work not yet performed. Cancellation after work has started may result in fees being deducted based on project stage and team resource time.
3. Product Sales (If Applicable)
If you offer any digital or software products (e.g., templates, licenses, etc.), all sales are final unless the product is found to be defective or undeliverable.
4. Processing Time
Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.
